Summit Sues Over Unauthorized 'Twilight' Website
Summit Entertainment LLC, producer and distributor of the popular "Twilight" movies, sued the owner and operator of Twilight.com for trademark infringement Friday in California federal court, saying the website misleads consumers to believe it is sanctioned by the studio.
