Judge OKs EMG's Mobile Internet Browsing Patent Suit
A Texas federal judge refused on Thursday to throw out a mobile Internet browsing patent suit against Avis Budget Group Inc., Aetna Inc. and three other companies, ruling that EMG Technology LLC sufficiently explained how an Internet navigation interface is simplified in its patent claims.
