A Virginia federal court approved Friday a nearly $14,000 payment to military contractor CACI International Inc. to cover some legal costs, after freeing CACI earlier this summer from claims by detained Iraqis accusing it of participating in their torture at the infamous Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq.
