Schneider Unit Pays $1M To Settle Wage Class Action
A California federal judge on Monday preliminarily approved a $1.1 million settlement meant to resolve a proposed employee class action alleging that a Schneider Electric SA unit committed several wage and hour violations, including failures to pay wages and provide required breaks.
