Sega, EA Dodge 'Sonic' Comic Artist's IP Suit, For Now
A California federal judge on Thursday ruled that an artist whose comic books featured Sonic the Hedgehog could not sue Sega of America Inc. and Electronic Arts Inc. for copyright infringement until a New York court resolved a dispute over who owns the copyrights.
