Le-Nature's Trustee Cuts Another Deal Over Negligence Claims
Defunct drink maker Le-Nature's Inc. has agreed to settle a dispute with Pittsburgh-based Pascarella & Wiker LLP over claims that the accountants' negligence contributed to the company's bankruptcy, likely ending litigation that has already led to a $24 million settlement with K&L Gates LLP.

Pascarella & Wiker LLP on Thursday asked a Pennsylvania bankruptcy court to reject a liquidation trustee's $23.75 million settlement proposal, saying it may assert a claim against K&L Gates LLP, its co-defendant in a suit alleging professional negligence caused drink maker Le-Nature's Inc.'s bankruptcy.

Lenders To Pay $30M Settlement To Le-Nature's Trustee
A Pennsylvania bankruptcy judge on Thursday approved a $30 million settlement between bottling company Le-Nature's Inc. and two companies, The CIT Group/Equipment Financing Inc. and Krones AG, who allegedly were sucked into the equipment-financing portion of the $668 million fraud that bankrupted Le-Nature's.
