Toshiba, Female Workers Settle Sex Bias Class Action
Japanese electronics giant Toshiba Corp. and several subsidiaries settled a putative sex discrimination class action in which two female employees accused the company of systemic bias against female workers, according to a document filed Thursday in Illinois federal court.
