    A federal judge on Wednesday denied video game producer Ubisoft Inc.'s bid to prevent rival OG International Ltd. from releasing an alleged copycat version of the popular game "Just Dance 3," ruling Ubisoft hadn't shown it would be irreparably harmed by the game's release.
