An Ohio federal judge on Friday denied Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP attorneys' attempt to dismiss a multimillion-dollar malpractice suit from the brother of Hustler founder Larry Flynt, who claims the lawyers mishandled, among other things, his rights to the Hustler name.

Former attorneys for Hustler founder Larry Flynt's brother asked an Ohio federal court Monday to toss a multimillion-dollar malpractice suit alleging they mishandled his rights to the Hustler name, among other issues, saying the claims are baseless because Jimmy Flynt doesn't own a stake in his brother's porn business.

Jimmy Flynt, brother of porn magnate Larry Flynt, slapped his former lawyers with a multimillion-dollar malpractice suit in Ohio on Wednesday, claiming they mishandled his rights to the Hustler name, as well as his contracts with and employment by his brother's company.
