Suit Says G4 Texts Infringe Mobile Alert Patents
Patent-holding company Helferich Patent Licensing LLC sued G4 Media LLC in Illinois federal court Tuesday, accusing the video game-focused television network of infringing three patents for mobile alert technology through its use of text messages.
