The Federal Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a Delaware federal judge's determination that food packaging component manufacturer M&G Polymers USA LLC indirectly infringed an Invista North America patent for a container component that limits gas circulation, letting stand an injunction that blocks the manufacturing of the infringing product.
