Microsoft Defends Licensing Change In $1B Antitrust Suit
Microsoft Corp. asked a federal court Friday to dismiss a $1 billion antitrust suit brought by PC-sharing company MiniFrame Ltd., saying copyright law lets Microsoft change license terms to keep multiple users from sharing one copy of Windows with MiniFrame's SoftXpand software.
