Fox Sports Interactive Media LLC said Tuesday that it should be allowed to assert an inequitable conduct claim against DDB Technologies LLC, which is alleging Fox flouted four patents for online simulations of live sporting events, because the patents' inventor deliberately withheld key prior art.
