Visa Inc. and MasterCard Worldwide argued Monday that the plaintiffs in three consolidated antitrust class actions over their ATM access fee policies had neither plausibly accused the companies of conspiring to hinder trade nor pointed to any real antitrust injury the policies caused.

A Washington federal judge said Wednesday that she intended to consolidate four class actions accusing Visa Inc. and MasterCard Worldwide of antitrust violations over restrictions placed on ATM access fees.
