Security Cos. Win Extra Fees Atop $6.6M Post-Octane Haul
A Pennsylvania federal judge on Wednesday awarded supplemental attorneys' fees to Tyco unit Sensormatic Electronics and All-Tag Security SA in a patent infringement suit brought by Checkpoint Systems Inc., adding more than $1 million to an original $6.6 million fee award that was reinstated following the high court's Octane decision.
