    Symantec, Acronis Jockey for Win in Software Patent Suit

    Acronis Inc. urged a California federal judge on Monday to throw out Symantec Corp.'s allegations that Acronis infringes five of its patents on computer backup and recovery software, arguing that Symantec hasn't shown that its rival's products have directly infringed its intellectual property in the U.S.
