Nestle Employment Bias Subpoena Still Too Broad, Judge Says
A Kentucky federal judge on Tuesday declined for a second time to enforce a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission subpoena against Nestle SA over allegations that Nestle discriminated against employees based on genetic information, saying the scope was too broad.
