Judge Boots Ex-NFL Players' Antitrust Suit Over Game Footage
A Minnesota federal court on Wednesday sacked a putative class action accusing the National Football League of monopolizing the market for former players' likenesses, holding that antitrust law didn't encroach on the NFL's right to market collectively owned intellectual property.
