Wellogix Says SAP Usurped Deals With Stolen Trade Secrets
Energy software solutions provider Wellogix Inc. sued SAP AG's American arm Friday in Texas federal court, accusing the software giant of using a development and marketing agreement with Wellogix to steal trade secrets and elbow Wellogix out of future software deals.
