Nintendo, Others Targeted Over Exercise Game Patent
Nintendo of America Inc. and six other video game makers were hit with a lawsuit in Ohio on Friday alleging various Nintendo Wii games and accessories infringe an Impulse Technology Ltd. patent for exercise games that track the movement and exertion of players.
