Wackenhut Firefighters Can Arbitrate OT Row As Class
Security contractor Wackenhut Services Inc. failed Wednesday to persuade a Washington, D.C., federal judge to toss an arbitrator's decision to allow current and former Wackenhut firefighters to arbitrate their overtime pay claims against the firm as a class rather than individually.
