    Biogen Escapes Negligence Suit Over MS Drug Labeling

    Biogen Idec Inc. and Elan Pharmaceuticals LLC escaped a suit alleging that the companies failed to sufficiently warn consumers that taking multiple sclerosis drug Tysabri increased their risk of developing a rare brain infection, after a Utah federal judge held Friday that the medication's labeling was adequate.
