    4th Circ. Says It Can't Hear ADA Case Over Medicaid Waivers

    The Fourth Circuit on Thursday dismissed an appeal from two disabled South Carolina residents and their parents, who claim the state wrongly took away Medicaid benefits given through a waiver program, determining the court didn't have jurisdiction over the potential class action because the district court failed to rule on retaliation claims.
