    Houlihan's Can't Shake Class Action Over Pricey Drinks

    Houlihan's Restaurants Inc. lost a bid Thursday to toss a putative class action against the restaurant chain in New Jersey, saying the plaintiff's allegations he was charged an unreasonable amount for drinks from a menu with no prices were enough to support claims for breach of contract or unjust enrichment.
