Kodak Says Samsung's Tablet Infringes Camera Patents
Eastman Kodak Co. on Wednesday filed suit against Samsung Electronics America Inc. alleging that five of its patents are allegedly infringed by Samsung's Galaxy Tab device, continuing the cameramaker's recent patent offensive over its digital imaging technology.
