    Cephalon Sues Mylan, Sandoz Again Over Generic Fentora

    Cephalon Inc. sued Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Sandoz Inc. separately in Delaware federal court on Wednesday, alleging they infringed one of its patents when they applied for regulatory approval of generic versions of Cephalon's cancer pain therapy drug Fentora.
