Starbucks, Green Mountain Dodge Instant Tea Patent Suit
A Colorado federal judge on Thursday tossed a lawsuit brought against Starbucks Corp. and Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. by Teashot LLC for allegedly violating a patent for a system to produce tea extracts with coffee makers, saying the defendants' single-serve drink capsules feature a water-impermeable foil lid.
