Inventor Again Loses Bid To Dodge Sony Patent Settlement
A New Jersey federal judge ruled for the second time Friday that an inventor must abide by a $300,000 settlement he reached with Sony Electronics Inc. over alleged infringement of his vibrating game controller patents because there's little proof the settlement will harm him.
