    Sazerac Fires Off Suit Over Cinnamon Whiskey Trademarks

    Liquor manufacturer Sazerac Co. Inc. cranked up the heat against rival Hood River Distillers Inc. Friday, accusing Hood River of unfair competition through the marketing and sale of SinFire, a cinnamon whiskey product that allegedly uses Sazerac's "Fire" trademarks and similar diabolical imagery.
