'Elder Scrolls' Game Defect Suit Survives Dismissal Bid
ZeniMax Media Inc., maker of the popular "Elder Scrolls" video game series, must face a lawsuit accusing the company of deceptive marketing over an animation glitch in one of games, a Colorado federal judge ruled Friday.
