Suit Over Romney's Facebook Page Paused For Patent Review
A California federal judge Monday refused to enter a default against Mitt Romney and two other Republican presidential hopefuls in a patent infringement action over their Facebook pages, saying the case should be paused while the government re-evaluates its rejection of the patent's claims.
