Lincoln Manufacturing Can't Escape Afghan Well Piping Suit
A Colorado federal judge on Friday denied a move by Lincoln Manufacturing Inc. to toss a contract suit accusing it of supplying shoddy piping materials used in well construction for the U.S. military in Afghanistan on improper venue grounds, finding the contract at issue justifies the court's jurisdiction.
