    A Virginia federal judge on Friday tossed security contractor System High Corp.'s lawsuit accusing a Mantech International Corp. unit of canceling subcontracts and trying to lure away its employees after the plaintiff won a government contract both companies wanted, finding the court lacked jurisdiction.
