Event Services Co. Can't Arbitrate FLSA Suits, Judge Rules
An Alabama federal judge ruled Monday that Fair Labor Standards Act claims brought against an event services provider could not be privately arbitrated, saying arbitration would conflict with the public interest in ensuring the company meets its obligations to pay overtime.
