A California federal court Tuesday granted Medtronic Inc. a victory in its patent suit over nerve stimulation technology against rival medical device maker Edwards Lifesciences Corp., ruling that the parties agreed over Medtronic's construction claim language covering rapid pacing manipulating cardiac rhythms.
