    A Washington federal judge on Wednesday threw out an environmental group's lawsuit attempting to force the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to regulate lead emissions from aircraft engines under the Clean Air Act, ruling that the agency did not have an obligation to determine if the pollution endangers public health.
