Families of U.S. Marines killed in 1983 by an Iran-backed suicide bomber in Beirut asked a Washington federal judge Monday to hold HSBC Bank USA NA responsible for a $2.66 billion judgment against Iran, saying the bank had misled the court about aiding the country in avoiding sanctions.
