Kitchenware Retailer Settles Calif. Workers' Rest-Break Claims
A California federal judge Monday gave preliminary approval to a deal between a kitchenware chain and a class of 3,000 California employees who claimed retailer Sur La Table's employment policies illegally deprived them of breaks and didn't compensate them for missed breaks.
