Two former Omni National Bank executives on Friday agreed to a $10 million settlement, following the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.'s claims that the Atlanta-based bank's 2009 collapse was precipitated by its risky practice of renovating its foreclosed properties rather than liquidating them.
