    Capitol Wins Damages Over Rap Song Use In Video Game

    A New York federal judge on Monday ordered the developer of video game "Def Jam Rapstar" to pay Capitol Records $535,000 in damages for the illegal use of songs by artists such as Daft Punk and Ice Cube, resolving the last remaining dispute in a lawsuit over the production of the video game.
