Texas Judge Narrows But Affirms MicroData IP Verdict
A Texas federal judge has chipped away at a jury verdict in an infringement suit brought by Cassidian Communications Inc. against microData GIS Inc. over a phone-routing and networking patent, removing two of three grounds for invalidity but ultimately affirming the noninfringement and invalidity verdict.
