2 More Firms Sued Over Copyrighted Material In Patent Docs
Two more law firms were hit with copyright infringement suits in Texas and Kansas federal courts on Friday, part of an ongoing war by the American Institute of Physics and two publishers who claim their scientific journal articles have been improperly used in patent applications.
