Restaurateur Liable In Music Copyright Row, 6th Circ. Says

The Sixth Circuit on Friday rejected an appeal brought by the owner of Ohio golf-course restaurant Rafters Bar and Grill, who argued he couldn't be held responsible for the restaurant's copyright infringement because he didn't perform the unauthorized infringing music, finding the owner was vicariously liable.
