    Tennis Ball Co. Penn Serves Dunlop With False Ad Suit

    Head USA Inc. and affiliate Penn Racquet Sports Inc. fired off a false advertising suit against Dunlop International Ltd. in Connecticut federal court Monday alleging that Dunlop's claims about its tennis ball market hold, including that its product is the "World's No. 1 Ball," are misleading and must be barred.
