McDonald's Corp. and a Boston ad agency won a bid Wednesday to dismiss a lawsuit by a Massachusetts man who claims the song and video he submitted for a McDonald's "Big Mac Chant-Off" contest were ripped off and used without permission in a Filet-O-Fish commercial.
