Abbott Asks Calif. Judge To Toss B&L Suit Over Noncompetes
Abbott Laboratories urged a California federal court Wednesday to toss the declaratory judgment suit Bausch and Lomb Inc. launched after Abbott allegedly threatened to sue it for employing two former Abbott workers, saying the plaintiff lacks standing because it was not a party to their Abbott employment agreements.
