A Delaware federal judge on Monday refused to dismiss a willful infringement claim against Google Inc. in a patent infringement action brought by patent licensor Clouding IP LLC, yet he did dismiss Clouding’s induced infringement claims for failing to show that Google intended or encouraged others to directly infringe.
