    Amazon, Oracle, Rackspace Can't Escape Cloud Patent Case

    A Delaware federal judge on Friday refused to dismiss most of a patent-holding company's claims against Amazon.com Inc., Oracle Corp., Rackspace Hosting Inc. and several of their subsidiaries, finding the companies had continued their allegedly infringing activities despite being aware of the plaintiff's patents.
