    A New York federal judge signed off Monday on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's settlement with a former hedge fund manager who pled guilty to insider trading and served as a key witness in the government's probe of SAC Capital Advisors LP, ordering her to pay disgorgement but no penalty in light of her cooperation.
