Vibes Wants Jones Day DQ'd From Autograph Tech IP Suit
Vibes Media LLC on Monday asked an Illinois federal court to disqualify Jones Day from representing rival marketing company Digigraph.me Inc. in a patent dispute over Vibes' digital autograph platform, saying that the firm's ongoing representation of Verizon Wireless represents an ethical conflict given Verizon's vested interest in the Vibes technology.
